Booster Meeting Notes
I am sorry this has taken me so long to send out. Here is the notes and updates from our booster meeting. This was the final meeting of the season.
2026 Board: There are several parents that will be vacating their roles due to graduation and we will need folks to fill those roles. Hand off documentation will be provided and any meetings to a new person can be arranged. These are the roles we will need filled:
- Board President
- Concessions Manager
- General Board members
- Treasurer - Co-lead for training for 2027 (shadow Brenda for a year)
There are additional event/activity roles that need to be filled as well:
- Media Day
- Spirit Wear / team t-shirts
- Pasta Dinners
- Warrior Rally
- Homecoming Parade
- True Team
- Sections
Let Andrea Berg know if you have any questions around these roles or if you want to sign up. We will also have a sign up at the banquet.
Concessions: We will be serving Chick-fil-A and pizza at sections from donations (Thank you Tifffany Albrecht!)
Treasurer: True Team made $1100 from admissions. We paid our Dollar for Scholars donation.
Culver's Night: Had a successful evening. Waiting to see what money we made.
Chuck-a-Duck: This season we made a total of $296. All gift cards were donated.
Senior Night: Beautiful and successful evening honoring our seniors. Thank you Sarah Stiner and Tara Walsh.
Senior Gifts: Rebecca Savoi and Sarah Stiner working with their athletes to pick out a great gift for our seniors.
True Team: Event went off very well. THank you to all who volunteered!
Swim-A-Thon: This Saturday, October 25 8:30am-12:30pm. Please have your friends, family, neighbors donate to support our team. Donations can be made via check, cash, or Venmo. If check or cash - your athlete can give it to Hannah Lawrence who will bring it to her mom, Brenda - the treasurer. Here is our Venmo: @trgirlsswimdive
Coach's Gifts: Captains will be collecting $5 from the athletes to purchase a gift for each of the coaches.
End of Season Banquet: Saturday, November 22 from 3:00p - 7:00pm at Lost Spur Golf and Event Center. $27/pp - Athletes and Coaches covered by Boosters (Invite attached).
Sections: We need MANY volunteers to make sections work. If you haven't already signed up for a slot - please do so. This is an all hands on deck event. JV athletes, parents, siblings, grandparents can all volunteer. https://tworivers.swimtopia.
